We each commit to using Microsoft Teams exclusively for teamwork-related purposes. We will support and encourage one another so that everyone can have faith that Teams have all the information they require regarding our work.
Chat - You can use chat to communicate with one or more individuals in Microsoft Teams. Almost any form of media, including text, photographs, GIFs, a voice message that has been recorded, and videos, can be included in the message. The chat participants are the only ones who can see the message.
Channel Post - Let's agree to refrain from using private chats for any announcements or broadcasts of newsworthy messages to the team; instead, use channel posts. Teams are designed to foster open communication.
Calls and Meetings – Use MS Teams to coordinate meetings or for communication. Teams enable us to connect all the employees of our firm, whether they are based in the UAE or abroad.
Your Availability - You can show your availability to others and get important focus time without notifications using your presence status.
