Office 365 Downtime Issue
This notification is applicable in case you are referring to or facing the below issues:
If Office activation fails, unable to login into your office account, the title bar of your Office apps will display Unlicensed Product or Non-commercial use / Unlicensed Product, and most Office features will be disabled. We're working to resolve the problem.
Scope of Impact:
The problem may affect users attempting to sign into Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
Details:
This problem only affects Windows machines. A Microsoft 365 desktop application window on an affected Windows device may terminate abruptly or never open, with no error notice or pop-up displayed to the user. Due to the issue, some users would see 'Need Password' or 'There is a problem with your account in other instances. Even after attempting to log in via the credential prompt, restarting the app, or restarting the device, impacted users are unable to connect to the affected desktop app.

- Microsoft Teams
- Other Office 365 applications
Interim Resolution.
- Open Google Chrome or Edge (Browser)
- Type https://www.office.com
- Login with your credential.
